Return & Refund Policy – Stichkarts

Thank you for shopping with Stichkarts. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.

  • Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items without tags, damaged items, or items showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 5–6 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at {email address}. Replacement orders will be processed and shipped within 5–6 working days.
